Tierra Resource Management is a network of resource professionals. It was founded by Dr. Steve Kohlmann, a certified wildlife biologist with 20 years of professional experience throughout the West, including a recent position as the elk biologist for the New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. Steve is intimately familiar with the values and benefits elk and deer provide to landowners in New Mexico. He helped to design the landowner elk permit system in New Mexico and assists landowners with the cumbersome "E-Plus" sign-up process, management planning documents and biological expertise related to elk and deer management. He is committed to working with landowners to manage wildlife habitats and populations, and to protect open space towards an ecologically and economically sustainable way of life.

At TRM, we are your partner. We speak your language and we respect your lifestyle. We work for you, no radical environmental groups!
