Liaison capacity to agencies and other experienced on-the-ground providers in watershed & riparian remediation projects and funding sources. Assistance with information about state & federal watershed remediation programs (e.g., water quality improvments). Project design and monitoring support in topographic & vegetation mapping & analysis; locating data sources; assistance with inexpensive techniques for locating & monitoring groundwater elevations; runoff modeling; & analysis of historic data (climatic, air photos, maps). Liaison to academic researchers and landowners with prior experience in successful watershed projects.
