We sell range-raised lean and all natural young beef, no hormones, no antibiotics and no animal by-products are ever given to these animals. They are born and raised until slaughter on our ranch in Eastern New Mexico along the Caprock, are grazed using Holistic Grazing Management and handled in a low-stress manner. We sell whole beef, 1/2 and 1/4 of a beef, which is dry-aged and packaged ready to pick up or we can ship the beef in coolers with Fed-Ex within the U.S.
